Right now, we offer shipping to addresses within the United States and Canada only. If your delivery address is outside these two countries, we regret that we’re unable to ship to your region at this time.

2. Order Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1–3 business days. It’s important to note that we don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays (e.g., U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canadian Thanksgiving)—these days won’t count toward the processing timeline.
For Canadian orders: We may need an extra 1–2 business days of processing time. This is to verify your shipping details, prepare necessary customs documents (like a commercial invoice), and make sure the order meets all of Canada’s import regulations.

Delivery times start counting from the day your order is dispatched (not from when you place the order):

- Within the United States: Our primary carrier is USPS, which handles most domestic shipments.
- To Canada: We work with USPS International for consistent delivery. The exact carrier may vary slightly depending on your destination, package weight, and the delivery speed you select.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a unique tracking number. For U.S. orders, this tracking number will provide updates throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canada’s customs office—after that, you can check the status via the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status in real time.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates continuously and covers every step of the delivery journey, from our warehouse to your door.
- Canadian Orders: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up initially. Once the package leaves the U.S., updates may become less frequent. If you need the latest status, we recommend checking the website of Canada’s local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) using your tracking number.

For U.S. Orders
- First, check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s management (like the front desk or mailroom)—sometimes packages are left with someone else or at a secure drop-off spot.
- Reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number to ask for detailed delivery information (e.g., where the package was left).
For Canadian Orders
- Start by allowing an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. International transit and customs clearance can often cause unexpected delays, so this extra time helps account for that.
- Use your tracking number to check with Canada’s local postal service or customs authorities—packages may be held if duties/taxes are unpaid or if additional documentation is needed.
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (like nearby post offices) to see if the package was missed or left there.
If You Still Can’t Find Your Package
- U.S. Orders: Get in touch with us within 7 days of the date marked as “delivered” in the tracking.
- Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date—this longer window accounts for extended international transit and customs timelines.
