FAQs

Where do you ship jackets, and how can I track my order?

We ship jackets to all addresses within the United States and Canada. For U.S. orders, we use reliable domestic carriers (USPS) for timely delivery. For Canadian orders, we typically partner with USPS International or a comparable trusted carrier.
Once your jacket order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. For U.S. shipments, tracking updates will be available throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian shipments, tracking may only update until the package reaches Canadian customs or is transferred to the local delivery carrier (e.g., Canada Post)—after that, you can check the local carrier’s website for further updates.

What materials are used to make your jackets, and are they sustainably sourced?

We take great care in selecting materials for our men’s and women’s jackets, with a focus on three key priorities: quality, comfort, and responsible sourcing. Depending on the jacket style, materials may include organic cotton (for lightweight utility jackets), recycled polyester (for water-resistant outerwear), responsibly sourced wool (for tailored blazers), or vegan leather alternatives (for moto jackets)—all chosen to reduce environmental impact while ensuring durability.

How should I care for my jacket to keep it in good condition?

Proper care helps extend the life of your jacket—here are our recommended guidelines:
  • For most fabric jackets (e.g., cotton, linen-blend): Hand wash with mild detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh bleaches or fabric softeners, as they can damage fibers.
  • For wool or wool-blend jackets: Dry clean only (unless the care label specifies otherwise) to prevent shrinking or felting.
  • For vegan leather or water-resistant jackets: Wipe clean with a damp cloth for light stains; avoid machine washing, as it can break down protective coatings.
  • For all jacket styles: Line dry whenever possible (instead of using a dryer) to conserve energy and prevent fabric wear. If you must use a dryer, select a low-heat setting.
Always check the care label inside your jacket for style-specific instructions.
