Returns

You can request a return for your order within 30 days of delivery—this timeline starts from the day your package arrives. Once this 30-day period passes, we won’t be able to process a refund for your item.

for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it (to make sure it meets our return requirements), we’ll send you an email to let you know the result.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to the original payment method you used at checkout (e.g., your credit card, debit card) within 5–10 business days.
Keep in mind: Your bank or card issuer might need extra time to add the refund to your account—this timeline is out of our control.

Exchanges

Right now, we don’t offer direct exchanges for size or color swaps.
If you want a different item (e.g., a smaller size or a different color), here’s what to do:
Place a new order for the item you want through our website.

Shipping

Who covers return shipping depends on why you’re returning the item:
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong one: We’ll cover the return shipping cost. Where possible, we’ll also send you a prepaid return label to make the process easier.
If you’re returning for a change of mind (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, or you no longer want the item): You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Additionally, the original shipping fee for your order is usually non-refundable—unless the return is our mistake (e.g., defective item, wrong shipment).
Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier (e.g., Canada Post) can’t be refunded by us.
If you return a Canadian-shipped item:
– We’ll refund the item’s purchase price (minus any return shipping costs, unless the return is our error).
– We’ll only refund the original shipping fee if Canadian law requires it, and if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective item).
– Import duties, taxes, and customs fees you paid when the item was delivered won’t be included in your refund.
